Comment
Add a CommentThe author lives in North Carolina and has chosen edible plants that survive year-round down there. However, some of them will survive our winters. The positive aspect, once you have determined the previous point, is caring for the plant, when and how to harvest the plant parts and serving ideas, including at least one recipe for each entry.
The climate of the author is the mountains of North Carolina, so some things won't work in more Northern Climates, but it is worth perusing for inspiration and good ideas. I love the concept of an edible landscape!
