The movie The Lorax starts off by showing us a deeply polluted and plastic town. Our protagonist Ted is introduced to the idea of a real tree by his crush Audrey. Ted decides it is his goal to show Audrey a tree which leads him to the…

I liked the book better. The movie included a bunch of other unnecessary stuff. Kids already have short attention spans. All the extra stuff the movie added takes away from the message of the story.
I very much enjoyed watching The Lorax. I thought that this movie did a great job of bringing Dr. Seuss’ story to life, and presenting the important message of taking care of our environment. I liked the futuristic feel of the film, along…

Beautiful movie with a tremendously important message behind it. Perfectly executed with humour and not in an overly preachy way. Enjoyable for adults and children alike. I loved Betty White as the grandmother and the "bottled air" was…

I enjoyed this movie. I couldn't immerse myself into the storyline, however, I did find it funny and it had a great message. I really hope it inspires kids to think a little greener.

I didn't think of The Lorax as a children's tale- except for the bright colors and characters- could small children really understand the story. The environmental storyline was meaningful- was I the only one that cried at the death of…
