I love the YA books. This is a very good series. I also love Tui Sutherland books. Well put together and the suspense is very good.. Gets a bit confusing at times but comes together. am now into book 2

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING :D I was hooked from the in medias res and the very different personalities of all the characters (: The only con of this book is the different POVs of the characters would be cut in right when the climax of another character comes in D; But overall, I must say that this is book is most creative and I would recommend this book to anyone who loves some sci-fi, fantasy, (a teensy tiny bit of) romance :P, and most of all, a different perspective of 'the end of the world'.

Another great teen series. The ending took a different turn from what I expected, but it is rather intriguing. I will definitely read the second one!

Meh. I was really into this book, and enjoying the suspense, until the big plot twist...and then they lost me. Ok, but nothing special.
Revised comment: I have to change my first impression of this novel- I was really enjoying it until the end and I really enjoyed the trilogy as a whole. A good, original series, and much better than a lot of teen fantasy out there (such as the numerous vampire books out there).
