This is a fantastic book that helps to put into cultural and historical perspective women's obsession with food, and our separation from our feeling/emotional selves. It is thoughtful, practical, gentle, nurturing, transformative. This is a book for people who are willing to dig a little deeper and be a little more aware of their relationship with themselves. You may need to read it several times, over several months.
