A wonderful edition with volume 40 of the Naruto series by Masashi Kishimoto. The fight takes place where memories of a past enemy are seen within his younger brother. Sasuke Uchiha and Deidera have a fierce clash with each other. A battle that will decide for Deidera that his art will reign supreme. He goes head first at Sasuke, giving him everything he has, and still, Sasuke using his sharingan makes Deidera remember his first encounter with Itachi Uchiha when he first joined the Akatsuki. Deidera is seen as a nuisance and a nobody. Deidera has felt that his whole life from Itachi and he definitely does not want to feel like he did back then. He wanted to show his art was better then any kind of eye prowess (Like the Uchiha’s Sharingan). Everyday a person loses to someone with sheer talent. Where the hard worker demonstrates determination. In every aspect the hard worker would have done better but the person who has sheer talent and can do a better job is always chosen. Life is what Kishimoto was aiming for when he did this volume with the flashback, because he wanted to show how the man with hard work could not overthrow the man who possess great power naturally. This vision to achieve success over those more gifted is a dream and Deidera has seen this dream destroy his life and turn him into something he never wanted to have in his heart. He was a good person but since Itachi entered into his life when he joined he set his path to vengeance. Spectacular way to display his true feelings through the characters and a moving volume indeed.
