Great resource!

A very interesting, colourful, and clear book. It's amazing how many edible and medicinal plants there are in Canada (most of which are quite common)!

Other: Amateurs, never try to ingest or use any plant or part of a plant for any reason. Some plants require the smallest amount to be fatal or only small portions may be used at a time. Several species might be confused with another and if ingested, may cause serious problems and/or illness...and even death.
