Jack gives a rare family ring to Alice, even though he barely knows her. Soon after, Jack is kidnapped and Alice is confronted by a stranger known as the White Rabbit, who entices her to follow him through the liquid glass of an ornate mirror. Here she lands in Wonderland, an outlandish underground city of twisted towers and staircases. Discovering the ring controls the looking glass, and is the key to the power of the Queen of Hearts, Alice must discover the reasons Jack gave her the ring.

I can watch this again and again. it is enjoyable to watch. Matt Frewer is fun as Charlie the would be white knight.

I loved this version! It was the second time I watched it that I started to really understand it. Reminds me of Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next novels and the Tin Man tv mini-series.

I have never been a fan of Alice but this version is one I have enjoyed watching quite a few times. Every time you watch something else comes out.

A fresh new look at Alice in Wonderland in the 21st century. Bold new setting for the return of Alice to Wonderland. Original storylines give it a new life. I quite enjoyed this movie.

I found this to be a very entertaining film. A "follow up" to Alice in Wonderland, purported to take place in current times. All the usual characters are there with some interesting costume treatments. Worth viewing.

I thought it was great. is a modern-day retelling of alice in wonderland that is suppost to take place 150 years after the first one. If you liked Tin Man by HBO wich is a retelling of dorthy in OZ you will love this one.
