Excellent resource for those who benefit from visual learning, vs book or audioCD, which the library also has available. Based on Debbie Ford's important work on the SHADOW side of all our natures, with commentary by Deepak Chopra and, one of my fave teachers, Marianne Williamson. The Shadow Effect is the sequel to Why Good People Do Bad Things, which is on my 10 most important books list.

The ongoing totally annoying background music ruins most of this video.
As well, it is pretty slow moving as there really isn't a whole lot it has to say, it is mostly hype.
However, if you are into this sort of stuff, the interviews are well worth watching.
