Just skimmed through it. Looks like there's a huge resource of recipes for all kinds of applications. From lotions to balms, bath bombs to mineral makeup, there's quite a lot of info. However, I wouldn't know how the topicals feel on my skin until I actually try out the recipes. Also, I wish there was more info on effective natural preservatives as opposed to the "manufacturer's recommended" preservatives (which are mostly chemicals). Also, the makeups use mica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, and iron oxides. I'd really love some recipes that do not use metal oxides or mica, as they can cause contact dermatitis for those with metal allergies, and asthma problems when inhaled. As far as DIYing your "natural" makeup is concerned, there's lots of recipes in here. The pages are all black and white, which is a bit boring... the visual element is not there. I do wish the instructions were more colorful and interesting. It's definitely worth checking out if all you want are no-nonsense recipes.

Update: I just found out that they have a 2013 edition that is in full color! The library doesn't have a copy of it but you can buy it on Amazon though.
