I haven't done much math in years and years, but the way the problems were presented and solved made a lot of sense to me. Some of it I was already doing (to my surprise), but doing it with the "plus" sound in my head, so the point he made of just adding the numbers makes mental math easier. There are some neat tricks in here, and I already used to it in my daily life (to estimate my annual gross revenues for my business). Cool stuff, a bit boring, but also interesting if you ever liked anything about math.
I am always looking for additional math help. Any technique to grasp my math phobia. I had fun working with this video. It could also be that after all these years of constantly working at math I am finally grasping, but I think it has to do with the way its explained. This DVD is awesome.
