Some good recipes included in the book and each one I created was tasty and enjoyed by everyone that shared a meal. Good information on how to improve your nutrition and eat well.

This book helped to put the modern American diet (MAD) into perspective. No wonder we have so many mood disorders, cancers, and sugar highs/lows. It's all in what we eat! I really liked how the authors broke down their ideas into sections and added little blurbs about why a person shouldn't eat processed foods. It was a fresh take on lifestyle changes, not DIETING. I am left remembering many of the authors' ideas about how to eat healthy and not feel like you are eating nothing all at the same time.
