This 1st book in the series, has some hope of being a success. the plot and story line were quite good for a 1st in a series cozy mystery; however, there were so many social issue topics brought up that there was not nearly enough time to delve into each one. If she were to focus addressing them one by one in future books, I believe she'd have a very successful series.
