A really helpful and insightful book for anyone who is familiar with yoga or for those starting out. I love yin and find that the benefits are enumerable. The book provides great descriptions of every pose complete with modifications. What I also love about this book is the connections to Chinese medicine and focus of affected meridians. You'll get a great deep tissue stretch and feel great, but you can also choose to work on certain health concerns and incorporate meditative practice. A great find.
