A great collection of meditations and daily "thoughts" (e.g. "I am aware of my ego's false perceptions of others" or "I am not my lack mentality") designed to challenge us to experiences "miracles," which Bernstein defines as moving from a perspective of fear to one of love, and from a vantage point of me to we. Quite inspirational.

Great. Another smiley faced author serving up more of the same watered down bee S. Unfortunately EPL's guest pics have to promote lame books like these. We're not all idiots you know? This book offends me.

I came here looking for her books after seeing an interview with her on Youtube. She's a very charming speaker, but explained that she only has grade eight English! This "manifesting" she talks about is how she became a published author. So I guess that explains the bad reviews here - kind of what I was expecting.

Read and study the Course for yourself. This book, unfortunately really does not reflect the depth that this beautiful teaching can enact within our minds if studied and developed over time. A number of aspects are used by Bernstein to attempt the more newage idea of making your life better. The Course is not about behavior or about making a better life for yourself in the world. That would be of limited use considering the short span that is this experience. The process is to rise above or transcend the world entirely. A Course in Miracles is certainly not new age, not old age but rather a radical shift in thinking that is unique. Fortunately or unfortunately it does take reading, study and doing the workbook to understand its depth. This 40 day flies in the face of the fact that the Course already has a guidebook/workbook of 365 lessons/days. Does she feel she is improving on that?
There is a teacher of the Course if you feel the need for that, Ken Wapnick, at facim.org

A mishmash of Course in Miracles and other new age type books. Nothing new here.
