This DVD description is only so much overblown hype and the actual documentaries are nothing like that. The film makers were obviously lazy and unimaginative. The same building and skyline footage was repeated ad nauseum, and very few historical facts were revealed. While the viewer was shown some nice buildings the film-maker never took us inside or told us their stories. In the episode about Tokyo, we are shown several segments of lengthy footage of people crossing streets or walking through public markets while the narrator tries to sell us on Tokyo as a great place to "people-watch." PULLLLEASE! Don't waste your time watching this dog. If you really want to know more about Japan's people and places take out "Japanland" instead.
The Episode on on Moscow was a little better, although still extremely repetitious.
