Keepers was a breath of fresh air. Written by former magazine editors, Keepers was beautiful and practical. Not all of the recipes were super creative but they were easy and tasty. This book is great for the new cook and includes tons of tips for time saving and organizing weekly meal plans. This books is great for beginning cooks and families!

I've made several recipes from this book already and they are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the: broccoli and cheddar quiche, green beans and shrimp green curry, Italian bread salad, and Japanese meat and potatoes. I'm getting hungry just thinking about them!

We picked up several go-to weeknight meals from this cookbook. Not specifically for vegetarians but many recipes stand up to substitutions.

This is a great cookbook. I like to have leftovers that I can take for lunch the next day and this is perfect for that. So many great recipes, particularly the Skillet Lasagna.
