This is a great workout—I really like this series by Leah Sarago. It's very challenging, but just as soon as you think you can't do anymore, she gives you a break and moves on to another exercise. The sequence seems to keep you on your leading edge, so to speak! It does take you awhile to get the form down, but once you do it a few times, you get much more out of it (because you are moving the right way). Having prior experience in pilates is a help (not sure this would be a good beginner routine).

It worked my back muscles and all the muscles supporting the core. I felt pulled in and have lost inches around my waist.
