I really enjoyed this collection of recipes and the concept is great as well. We tend to overspend without meal planning, often ingredients get purchased for only one meal and then they go to waste.

I really recommend this book, loved the variety in proteins and inclusion of some "comfort food" classics (spaghetti and meatballs, mac and cheese with italian sausage, a turkey burger, chili, parm cheese chicken "nuggets") . We tend to eat alot of "ethnic foods" , and I liked that this book included some of those as well (chimicurri fish, a coconut curry fish dish, several tacos, lamb dishes, etc) as well as the foods considered more Americana.

The only thing about this book that was a little disappointing was the lack of nutritional facts; however, the book refers the reader to the website for the nutritional facts, which is just a ploy to get you to sign up for the plan. I have been a subsciber to the weekly classic dinner meal plans and was very excited when this book was announced. The meal plans are great for me, but not so great for picky eaters since one or two meals of the week would not be enjoyable for everyone at my table. So, if you are considering signing up for the meal plans, check this book out first and you'll get a really good idea of what the plans are all about.
