Gimme the Loot is a poorly made low budget movie about gettho life in the borough of Queens NYC. Poorly written & badly acted. A total time waster. I am familiar with black ghetto life in MYC & this movie is crappola. It depicts a way of life as per the movie stereo types. A total time waster. This movie should be taken out of the collection.

Over rated, boring. Bad language. Not much spray painting talents shown.

It is a solid indie film but I was somehow expecting more. I think the rating I am giving the film is built on the unfair expectations I had for the film, nevertheless, I have rated it average. The story feels like it is being told in real time which gives it an interesting pace and the characters are wholly independent, only strengthen by their partnership.

Realistic,.. and engaging.

I am so glad that I impulsively picked up this movie. It was fun and fast paced, with lots of twists and turns all taking place in a single day. The lead pair are totally charming (in a "street" kind of way...). I didn't want the movie to end, and I will definitely see it again.
