For readers of "The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared" comes a funny, charming, feel-good story about a fake fakir from India who arrives in France to shop at IKEA, and unwittingly embarks on a European tour like no other. This is a story full of raw humour, great characters, and wonderful wordplay, telling a simple story of a man in search of a better life, no matter what the risks. The author works with the French border police to document fraud, so he has seen first-hand immigrants escaping from countries where hope is in short order.

Funny, quirky, fast read and has a good message.

A thoroughly enjoyable romp. Takes into account our foibles as humans, our prejudices and inherent love of a good scamp.

While it's true that there are some very funny and comical pieces to this story, our hero becomes cognizant of the larger issues in life throughout the tale, and there are some serious values brought up by the end of the book.

I thoroughly enjoyed!
