It's great to be Spider-Man. For Peter Parker, there's no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen. But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro, Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend Harry Osborn returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.

Great movie! Spiderman movies are always best! I think that Andrew Garfield is a great spiderman, but I think Tobey Maguire was better.

Jamie Foxx is so much better than this, why every Spider-villain is now a scientist with an ax to grind against Peter Parker...I'm at a loss. Why they couldn't just put Jamie into the green and yellow jammies and let him go, instead he's angry guy in a hoodie who looks something like a male body part.

I think I'm getting too old for all this teen angst.

A "slight" improvement over the awful first amazing spider-man, but just barely. And two of the 3 super villains appear at the last second. Huh?! I'm not convinced Jamie Foxx is a good actor, and after watching this campy performance I am still not convinced. The movie is rather predictable if you've ever read spider-man comics, and having Harry turn into Golem is laughable. It's incredibly long, yet the plot doesn't seem to develop or go anywhere. Electro wants power, Harry wants blood, and Peter has relationship issues... I really hoped this one would be a whole lot better.

I'm enjoying this line of Spidermans much more than the Toby McGuire kind. More earthy, realistic, comical. I prefer these actors over those of the last series. This one in particular explores the edifying theme of hope - which, of course, we need terribly.

No true plot. Jump cuts that made so sense to whatever plot they had. It's pieced together so poorly you can leave the room and miss nothing or feel like you're watching several action films spliced into one. If there was a story being told here I missed it. Lots of action scenes randomly put together with no purpose. Worst ever.
