An excellent second title in the Bella Vista Chronicles by author Susan Wiggs. Plans for Tess's wedding are underway and Cormac O'Neill arrives to document Magnus' life story. Sparks begin to fly between Isabel and Cormac and we learn more and more about this fascinating family.

I love all of Susan Wiggs Books. The Beekeeper's Ball was a fantastic read and loved the historical part of the Danes in WWII. This is a love story with a young couple and and older couple. It captivated me for two days. Looking forward to Susan's next book in the Bella Vista Chronicles. Recommend.

I too enjoyed this 2nd book & look forward to the next book of the Bella Vista chronicles. Love the history & was not aware of the trouble that existed in Denmark during the 40s. I have also been reading some of the author's other books & have also enjoyed them.
