"A potentially life-changing book for anyone wanting to experience grief and death in a more meaningful way. Grounded in the author's experiences with hundreds of dying people and their families, the book advocates a bold engagement with a part of the human experience that is often more endured than lived"--Provided by publisher.

This is a difficult book to read for two reasons. First, the language is dense and requires our full attention.
More importantly, it challenges everything we believe or think we know, everything our death phobic society tells us is true, about death and dying. If you know someone who died, if you know someone who will die, or if you will die, read this book!
