Got my interest initially, but began to get so implausible, we didn’t watch it.

I’m on a Blake Lively tour de movies and tried this one. I thought it was horrible and couldn’t finish it. To syrupy sweet.

Strange but somewhat plausible in the category of if this were possible type of story. Beautifully filmed in San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma. Blake Lively and Harrison Ford, with a fine supporting cast featuring Ellen Burstyn and Kathy Baker, make this story come alive.

In this year of reflecting on male female relationships this movie to me highlighted how we get conditioned in the wrong way. Guy relentlessly pursuing a woman after she said NO how many times? Even showing up at her home uninvited. This behaviour gets sold as romantic but now just comes off as annoying and creepy. And then surprisingly she is apologizing to him for saying NO!
This movie was obviously made to be romantic but in this day and age it comes off as being a creep fest. Stop making these movies people and passing off this behaviours as romantic. No wonder men are getting so confused out there!!

Directed by Lee Toland Krieger in 2015, this American romantic fantasy depicts the unbelievable love story of Adaline Bowman.
Of course, everybody dies soon or later, but this story makes you believe that somebody cannot age at all.
With a well-crafted script, this romantic fantasy appears quite real.
Dazzling and unforgettable!

What would it be like, feel like to be 29 forever? This movie does a beautiful job exploring this very question. Highly recommend.

The plot was okay and voice from the future references was too technobabbly ,but Blake Lively & Harrison Ford performances were its saving grace.

Blake Lively is simply gorgeous, and a great actress into the bargain. A simple concept, yet very deep: Would you really like to be immortal?

Interesting plot, but definitely very slow at times. Some of the comments below spoil some of the surprises of the story so scroll at your own risk! I liked seeing Blake Lively in this role, she was graceful and poised throughout. It is certainly a film worth watching.

Really enjoyed this movie. Lee did a wonderful job of taking a story line usually done with men in mind and making a great movie with women. Also enjoyed seeing how they made Vancouver BC look like San Fransisco.

Sexual Content: Although no sex is shown on screen, it's heavily implied. When Adaline visits Ellis's house, they share a room and bed. It is implied that she is naked in bed, and the two kiss passionately. Adaline wears a revealing dress.
