This book is excellent. I learned so much from it. It’s easy to read, well-written and visually very appealing. Better than any others I’ve read. My only teeny tiny complaint is that the author uses gallons, quarts and pints; I wish it was also metric.

More than you probably ever wanted to know -- great suggestions for how to use fruit, herbs, and more for flavoring.
