In the boom of cookbooks on the ketogenic diet in 2017 and 2018, this is one of the older but best books. Commonsense advice in the beginning, but not overly lengthy. Recipes that actually work because of extensive testing. It edges a little heavy toward artificial sweeteners, desserts, and a lot of dairy; but even so there are lots of good non-dairy options particularly in the 'breads' and desserts.
