I was looking for a book on self-esteem issues. In all the adult books I could not find anything that appealed to me. I either didn't grasp the concepts or found them too vague ( Just " LOVE" yourself...Uhh..OKAY...HOW can I do that??) Until I decided to scope out the teenagers section...This is THE book I was searching for! Very easy to read, with no difficult language that causes confusion in the interpretation. Just straight up simple. Even though the examples given are about teenagers and their 'stuff', I still found it remarkably interesting and could identify myself within the whole scope of the concepts and ideas. The ICK factor (EGO) was also very nicely explained. Wished I had this book as a teenager! 5 stars!!
