These Hamster Princess books truly never get old, and I hope Ursula Vernon writes, like, 100 of them. This one is a new take on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk, with hilarious twists. If you had told me, prior to reading the first book in this series, that a bunch of kids' books about a, ahem, solidly build, sword-wielding, formerly cursed hamster would have me laughing out loud by myself in an empty room as I read.... actually, I would probably have said, yep, that sounds awesome. And this was.
