The Treasury Building was one of the first of many major Melbourne government buildings designed by John James Clark. He began designing the building in 1857, at the age of nineteen. It is considered one of Australia's finest Renaissance Revival buildings. We interview Dr Andrew Dodd, biographer of J.J. Clark.
