Hats off to the fella who stars in this as he carries the entire movie. I wanted to like it much more, but unfortunately it was just poorly written. Predictable and downright boring at times.

Though the end feels kind of like a cop out, this is a fantastic movie for those of us fall in love with houses and watch scary movies just to see a good house! Moral? Don't neglect your mother. :)
