This is a stretch dictionary where the stretches are grouped into a curriculum that you can follow. Of course, you can just flip through the book until you find a stretch for the target joint/muscle.

This book uses the PNF hold-relax protocol (aka contract-relax stretching) to make faster progress and develop strength at the end-range. There are lots of pictures with clear instruction, so you can make sure you're doing the stretch correctly.

Kit Laughlin really knows his stuff. It's a great book.
