How wonderful it would have been if Mr. Twain had recorded the other tales he spun for his girls. This story is delightful and the illustrations superb.

Marvelously done. Witty, wonderfully diverting, and worthy of its originator.

A delightful and silly (and smart) tale of Mark Twain's unfinished-but brought-to-life story, one that he told his daughters before bed. Fragments of the tale were discovered by a researcher in 2011. Pretty neat!
