I loved the main character, and I liked all of the complexities to the plot: struggling to identify herself in the wake of her feelings for her new coworker, struggling to maintain her friendships, and struggling to find the words to tell her parents what sort of life she'd actually like to lead. Some of it felt very...tumblr...to me, and it always kind of bothers me when the narration of a book is too full of internet references and lingo. Other than that, though? I REALLY enjoyed this book, and I like to see more books in the future that explore different areas of sexuality, particularly for ace or demi individuals.

Finished the book in a single day, I had never connected to a character so much before, it was amazing. It really explained what being ace is like well, and felt like real people with personalities. I hope this book helps more books with ace protagonists in the future.
