This is an interesting book with a lot of research behind it and good recipes. Most of the recipes are not vegan. In the end, there are useful charts about the fibre content of different foods and what foods contain the most important vitamins and minerals with helpful advice in the columns. The charts also include what common myths are about nutrition. I learned a lot from this book.
